Our Story
Morning Glory makes small-batch brittles using fine ingredients, shifting the flavors of traditional brittle to a little left of center. Once a private chef in Los Angeles, Max Lesser took inspiration from his two most requested snacks: peanut brittle and spiced nuts. Bringing the two together, he employs different nuts and combines them with complementary spices like chai tea, Thai curry and New Mexico chillies.“We're bringing brittle back to its roots as a carefully crafted confection using traditional techniques in small batch production.”
